Delivery & Returns
Returns Policy
We can accept returns within 14 days of order for standard stock products. This excludes slings and any product which was specifically designed for an application. Just email info@muvus.ie, if we have already dispatched the product, it needs to be returned to us before refund can be applied.
Once we receive goods in original packaging and condition we will process the refund.
Please Note: This refund amount excludes delivery charges.
We will always process your refund as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Delivery Policy
Please find our delivery information outlined below. We currently offer delivery options to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and UK.
Delivery avilable within the ROI and NI.
Delivety charges to UK should be confirmed before shipment.
Orders are dispatched on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 2-5 working days. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays. Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package. In the event of damage, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.
